Not 1-for-1. LetCompliance replaces the compliance module of any PM tool. Many customers run LetCompliance alongside a general PM tool (or just use LetCompliance on its own with a bank statement export).
Does LetCompliance do rent collection?
No — rent collection (Open Banking feeds / direct debits) stays with your PM tool or bank. What we add is the tax-prep layer most PM tools skip: SA105-shaped Tax Pack, MTD-dated quarterly summary, Section 24 calculator and mileage log. Export as CSV for your accountant or MTD filing product.
Can I migrate from Landlord Studio?
