What HMRC’s list shows
Landlord Studio is listed for quarterly updates on UK property income, for individuals and agents. Nexus by Landlord Studio, its product for landlords working with letting agents, is listed separately. Landlord Studio’s own Making Tax Digital page says you can also submit the final declaration; HMRC’s listing shows quarterly updates (both checked 6 October 2026).
What it costs there
MTD Go is free for 1 to 3 units and charges £5 for each MTD tax submission. Pro, from £15 plus VAT a month, includes Making Tax Digital with bank feeds.
What HMRC’s list shows for LetCompliance

How they differ
- One property: LetCompliance sends updates on its free plan with no per-submission charge
- The tax return: listed for LetCompliance on HMRC’s finder
- Records: Landlord Studio reads bank feeds on Pro; LetCompliance reads receipts and imports bank statements as CSV
- Agents: Landlord Studio is listed for agents; LetCompliance is software for the landlord
Which to choose
If you send your own updates on UK property income, LetCompliance does it free for one property, with no charge per submission, and includes the tax return.
