Pricing FAQs

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can reactivate if you change your mind. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.

Is annual billing available?

Annual billing (saving ~17%) is coming soon. Sign up and we'll notify you when it launches.

Do you offer discounts for letting agents?

Yes — contact us at hello@letcompliance.co.uk to discuss letting agent pricing. We have special rates for agencies managing 20+ properties.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. No cash, bank transfer or invoice available at this time.
