Every paid plan includes the PDF compliance pack: one dated download that merges a summary, compliance table, optional score snapshots from past exports, and your uploaded certificates (within fair size limits). It is built for council-style evidence requests and BTL lender pack enquiries. Always check each page against your originals; it is not legal advice. We also include a Tax & HMRC toolkit (SA105 Tax Pack, Section 24 calculator, MTD quarterly summary and mileage log) so filing day takes minutes — but LetCompliance does not submit returns directly to HMRC; use your accountant or an HMRC-recognised MTD product for the final submission.
