What do the notices and the audit log actually produce?
Notices are built on the current prescribed forms and filled from your own tenancy data: a Section 8 on Form 3A carries the Schedule 2 grounds word for word, a Section 13 on Form 4A carries the earliest lawful date, worked out for you. Both export as dated PDFs, as does the audit log, which timestamps every action on the tenancy. Always take your own legal advice on a specific dispute.
