A landlord app with nothing to download: your lets, from your home screen
LetCompliance runs in the browser on any iPhone or Android phone. Add it to your home screen and it opens full screen, straight into your account. Take photos at an inspection, read a receipt into your expenses, see who has paid and answer a repair, wherever you are.

The short answer
Is there a LetCompliance app?
Yes, as a web app. LetCompliance is not in the App Store or Google Play: it runs in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer, with the same account and the same records on each.
On an iPhone, open letcompliance.com in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome and choose Add to Home screen or Install app from the menu. The icon then opens LetCompliance full screen, like any other app.
It is the whole product rather than a cut-down companion: the same rent, certificates, notices and tax figures you see on a computer.
Tenants need nothing installed either. Their portal opens from a link with no password, to see their rent, set up a Direct Debit, report a repair with photos and read their documents.
What it does
What landlords do from a phone.
Photos where you are
Take photos, or choose several from your gallery, on an inspection, an inventory, a repair, a receipt or an advert. They are shrunk on the phone before they upload, with progress shown.
Receipts read on the spot
Photograph a receipt and the supplier, amount, VAT and date are read into a draft expense against the property, for you to check before it counts.
Every date in your calendar
One private link puts certificate expiries, rent days, tenancy ends, notices, inspections and viewings into the Google, Apple or Outlook calendar already on your phone.
In detail
What works on the phone
The same account as on a computer, so nothing needs copying across.
- Rent and arrears
- Who has paid, who is behind and by how much, with the tenancies that owe most at the top.
- Repairs
- A tenant’s report arrives in your tenant inbox with their photos, on the property’s record.
- Inspections
- Plan a day of visits, send each household written notice, then record each room with dated photos and a checklist.
- Certificates
- Upload a certificate from your phone and its dates are read for you, with email reminders before it runs out.
- Agreements and signatures
- Send a tenancy agreement or other document for e-signature, on trial and paid plans, and the tenant signs from the link on their own phone.
- Reminders by email
- Certificate reminders at 90, 30, 14, 7 and 1 days, and deposit deadlines at 14, 7 and 1 days, so the app does not need to be open.

Questions
Landlord app questions, answered
Is LetCompliance in the App Store or Google Play?
No. It is a web app: it runs in the browser on any phone and can be added to your home screen, where it opens full screen like an installed app. There is nothing to download and no update to install.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Use Safari on an iPhone or iPad and Chrome on Android. The same account works on a computer.
Can I take inspection photos on my phone?
Yes. Take photos, or pick several from your gallery, on an inspection, an inventory, a repair, a receipt or an advert. They are shrunk on the phone before they upload.
Do my tenants need to install anything?
No. Each tenant gets a portal link with no password, scoped to their own tenancy, where they can see their rent, report a repair with photos and read their documents. It is free for tenants.
Will I get reminders?
By email: certificates at 90, 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before they expire, and deposit deadlines at 14, 7 and 1 days. Every key date can also go into your phone’s calendar through a private feed.
Does the app cost extra?
No. The phone is not a separate plan: it is the same account. Paid plans start at £7.99 a month, and the free plan covers one property.

UK-built · Founder-led · GOV.UK-cited
Built by a landlord, for landlords.
I let property myself, so I know what it costs to juggle an agent, a spreadsheet and a handful of reminder apps just to stay on the right side of the law. LetCompliance puts all of it behind one login: advertise the property, take applications, collect the rent, and keep every certificate and notice in order, each taken straight from GOV.UK.
