What is an inventory?

A detailed schedule of the property's condition and contents at the start of a tenancy, with full photo evidence and meter readings. It is your baseline for any end-of-tenancy deposit claim.

What is a check-out?

An end-of-tenancy report comparing the property to the inventory, documenting any damage, cleaning issues or missing items with photo evidence.

How much does it cost?

Inventory from £95, Inventory + Check-In from £145, Check-Out from £85. Furnished properties add £20; each bedroom beyond the first adds £20; a check-in on a different day to the inventory adds £70. No VAT, no subscription.
