We look after rented properties for landlords, and those properties need trades: a boiler service, an EICR, a leak, a damp survey, a check-out clean, a lock change between tenancies.
When one of those jobs comes up, we ring round the trades on this list for a quote rather than starting a search from scratch. If you are on it and you cover the area, you get asked. You quote your own price and you deal with the landlord directly.

Jobs come from wherever the landlords we work with own property, so some postcodes are busy and others are quiet. We would rather tell you that than imply steady work everywhere.
We are not promising you work
This is a list we ring when a job comes up, not a job board and not a stream of leads. Some trades will hear from us often, some rarely, some not at all.

You pay nothing and we take nothing from the job. Your details are not published anywhere and are not sold on.

Questions trades ask us
- What kind of jobs come through?
- Rented-property work. Gas safety checks and boiler repairs, EICRs and electrical remedials, plumbing and leaks, damp and mould, roof and gutter work, locks between tenancies, end-of-tenancy cleans, gardens and general repairs. Most are single jobs on an occupied or empty rental rather than long contracts.
- Does it cost anything to register?
- No. There is no fee, no subscription and no commission. We do not take a percentage of the job and we do not mark your price up to the landlord. You quote your price, the landlord pays you.
- How do you decide who to ask?
- Trade first, then how close you are to the property, then whether the job needs a scheme registration you hold. If several people fit, we tend to ask whoever has done good work for us before, so the first job matters more than the registration form.
- Which areas do you cover?
- The register is UK-wide, so it is worth adding yourself wherever you are based. Be realistic about how often you will hear from us though: the work comes from properties our landlords own, so some areas produce jobs regularly and others rarely. The more precisely you tell us the patch you cover, the better the match when something does come up.
- Do I need to be Gas Safe or NICEIC registered?
- Only for work that legally requires it. Gas work needs a Gas Safe registered engineer and electrical certification needs a competent-person scheme such as NICEIC or NAPIT. For general repairs, cleaning and gardening no scheme is needed. We ask to see registration and public liability insurance before your first certificated job, not at the point of registering.
- Will you pass my details to other companies?
- No. The register is private. Your details are not published, not listed in a directory and not sold on. They are used to contact you about work, and about regulation changes affecting your trade only if you tick that box.
- How quickly do you need a quote back?
- It depends on the job. A damp or heating problem in an occupied property is urgent because the landlord is on a legal clock, so same-day is normal. A between-tenancy clean or a bit of decorating can wait a few days.
