About
The paragraph to quote
Written to be used as it stands. If you need one line instead: software that runs a let in England, from the advert to the tax.
LetCompliance is software for UK landlords and letting agents that runs the whole let from one login: advertising, applications and referencing, tenancy agreements signed online, rent collection and arrears, certificates and reminders, Section 8 and Section 13 notices, repairs, a portal for every tenant, and landlord tax. It sends Making Tax Digital quarterly updates as software recognised by HMRC for UK property income, and books property photography, inventories and inspections from the same account. It is built for the private rented sector in England and the Renters’ Rights Act 2025, is free for one property, and paid plans start at £14.99 a month.
What it replaces
One login instead of 7 tools
A let is usually run on a stack of separate tools. In LetCompliance each piece belongs to the same property and the same tenant, so nothing is typed twice and nothing falls between two apps.
01Instead of a portal listing, an enquiry inbox and a referencing site
Adverts with the material information, online applications, viewings, a waiting list, holding deposits and tenant referencing. The approved applicant becomes the tenant without retyping anything.02Instead of an e-signing tool and a folder of PDFs
Tenancy agreements signed online with an audit certificate, inventories at check-in and check-out, the move-in documents sent together, and an encrypted document store for every property.03Instead of a rent spreadsheet and the banking app
A rent ledger for every tenancy, arrears chased on a schedule, receipts, and rent collected by Direct Debit through Stripe.04Instead of a calendar of certificate dates
Gas, electrical, EPC, deposit and Right to Rent tracked for every property, scored, with email reminders before anything expires.05Instead of a solicitor’s template and a court diary
Section 8 on Form 3A with the grounds in the statute’s own words, Section 13 rent increases on Form 4A, and a possession tracker from notice to order.06Instead of accounting software for Making Tax Digital
Income and expenses, SA105 figures, a Section 24 calculator, and quarterly updates sent to HMRC as software recognised by HMRC for UK property income.07Instead of a letting agent for the visits
Property photography, inventories, mid-tenancy inspections, accompanied viewings and finding a contractor, booked and paid for from the account.
Priced for a landlord doing it themselves, from one property to a large portfolio, with one plan for letting agencies on top.

What it does not do
The limits, said plainly
Worth knowing before describing it, and before choosing it.
No Open Banking bank feed
Bank transactions come in by importing a statement file, not through a live connection to the bank.
Making Tax Digital covers UK property income only
Not self-employment, foreign property or partnership income, and not filing for clients as an agent. HMRC adds any PAYE and pension income itself.
Built for England
Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland have their own tenancy law. The agreements, notices and forms here follow England’s.
Not a law firm or a tax adviser
The guides cite the legislation and GOV.UK, but nothing here is legal or tax advice, and the landlord stays the one responsible.
Not a safety contractor
It tracks gas safety certificates and electrical reports. The checks themselves are done by a Gas Safe engineer and a qualified electrician.
