Accompanied viewings are a local service, within about 50 minutes of Crewe: Crewe, Nantwich, Sandbach, Congleton, Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Chester, Warrington, Northwich, Winsford, Macclesfield. A little outside is usually fine too. If you're further out or not sure, message us first (the contact page) and we'll confirm before you pay, so you're never charged for a viewing we can't make.
How much is it?
£49 per viewing, paid upfront. No VAT, no subscription. Fully refundable if we can't cover your area or time.
Do you offer 24/7 viewings?
No. We're a small, local service and book viewings by arrangement, mostly daytime and early evening. We'll confirm your slot before the visit.
Do I need to be there?
No. As long as we can get access (keys with the agent, a key safe, or you meet us), there's no need for you to attend.
