Fourteen days, every feature, no card. We do not ask for payment details to start, so there is nothing to cancel if you decide against it.
After it ends
Your account becomes a free account rather than a dead one. One property stays fully live: the score, the certificate deadlines, the reminders at 90, 30, 14, 7 and 1 day, the document vault and the tenant portal.
Properties beyond the first stay in your account and stay visible. They are not deleted and they are not held hostage; the paid features simply stop applying to them until you choose a plan.
Choosing a plan
Solo is £14.99 a month for up to three properties, Portfolio £19 for up to ten, and there is a Professional tier above that for larger portfolios and agencies. You can move between them, and cancelling is one click in the billing portal.
