If you have more than one property
The trial has no limit on properties. When it ends you choose which one stays open on the free plan. The others are kept exactly as they are, with nothing deleted, but locked until you choose a plan: no reminders are sent for them, and you can download their data or delete them at any time. Making Tax Digital comes with every paid plan, whatever the number of properties. Single covers one property for £7.99 a month, Solo up to three for £14.99 and Portfolio up to ten for £19.
