By number of properties
- Free: one property, with the compliance tools and Making Tax Digital
- Solo, £14.99 a month: up to 3 properties, with rent collection, adverts, e-signing, the notices and the tax pack
- Portfolio, £19 a month: up to 10, and adds inventories, the deposit dispute pack, the portfolio-wide PDF pack, bulk reminders, more storage and priority email support
- Professional, £49 a month: any number of properties, for a larger portfolio or a one-person agency
Paying yearly
Yearly billing costs less: Solo £143.88 a year, Portfolio £152 and Professional £392. You can still cancel whenever you like, and the months you have not used are refunded.
Letting agents
An agency with staff or client money belongs on the Agency plan, £129 a month or £1,290 a year: unlimited branches, seats and managed properties, landlord statements and the Client Money Protection report.
Changing your mind
Move up or down from Billing at any time. If you reach a plan’s property limit, adding the next property takes you to Billing to choose a bigger plan; nothing already in the account is removed. No VAT is added to any price.
