The five parts
- Landlord clients is a row of its own near the top, just below Reports. Each client’s page links to their properties, rent, repairs and certificates, narrowed to that client.
- Lettings opens on Letting pipeline. While a lettings page is open, Adverts, Applications, Viewings, Waiting list, Holding deposits and Referencing sit indented under it.
- Management holds the property work across every client: Tenant inbox, Inspections, Certificate renewals, Deposits, Possession, Rent reviews and Property alerts.
- Client money runs in the order of the month: Landlord statements, Payments, Reconcile client account and the Client money report.
- Office holds the agency’s own records and set-up: Agency compliance, Complaints, Team, Team activity and Agency settings.
What moved into them
In a workspace the lettings and management rows are listed in these parts only, never twice. The groups below them, Portfolio & tenants, Money, Compliance and Documents & notices, keep everything else. Vacancies is not in a workspace’s menu, because Letting pipeline is the agency’s board. Section 13 notices is under Management as Rent reviews, which opens on the rent review board; its Prepare a notice tab is the Form 4A.
Two new names
On 4 November 2026 Landlord payouts became Payments, and the CMP report became the Client money report. The pages and what they do are the same.
Who sees which rows
Owners and admins see all five parts. A manager sees Landlord clients, Lettings, Management and Client money, and Complaints as a row of its own, because it is the one Office page a manager keeps. A viewer sees Lettings and Management.
Open or closed
A part opens when you are on one of its pages. Otherwise each stays open or closed the way you last left it, so Client money can stay open all month while Office stays closed.
One landlord client at a time
When a board is narrowed to one landlord client, opening properties, rent, certificate renewals, Tenant inbox, planned maintenance, deposits or inspections from the menu keeps that client.
