Open Certificate renewals under Compliance. Clicking one of the counts on the Compliance page, such as the number already expired, opens the list filtered to that count.
The ones with no date matter most
A certificate with no expiry date on file gets no reminder, because there is nothing to count down from. The list keeps those in their own group, No date on file, so they get fixed rather than forgotten.
Adding the date from the list
Drop the certificate’s PDF on its row. For gas safety, EICR, EPC and fire risk certificates the expiry date is read from the document and saved when the reading is clear. When it is not, the date that was read is shown with the reason, and you save it with one click once you have checked it. Legionella documents are filed, but their date has to be typed in.
Filtering and downloading
Look ahead 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or at everything, and narrow it to one certificate type. Download CSV gives you the same list to send to an engineer.
