Where it is
Press Help at the bottom right of any screen and choose Landlords. Questions and replies read as one conversation, with each reply quoting the question it answers.
How it works
It is a board, not a live room. Messages stay up rather than scrolling away, so a reply can come later from somebody who has been through the same thing. Post under a nickname or your own name, whichever you prefer. LetCompliance reads it too and answers where that helps.
What to leave out
Every landlord signed in can read the board. Leave out anything that identifies a tenant: names, addresses, phone numbers, photographs of their documents. Describe the situation instead; the answer is usually the same.
When it is not the right place
For a question about your own account, use Messages in the same Help panel, which only LetCompliance reads. For a dispute with a tenant, take advice on your own case.
