It is on the Refer and earn page, ready to send. It works from anywhere: a message to another landlord, a local group, a forum reply where it is genuinely useful.
When it pays
On a real conversion, not on a signup. That is deliberate: rewarding signups rewards noise, and the person you referred deserves to have found something worth paying for.
Both sides
The person you refer gets something too. Sending a friend a link that only benefits you is not a referral, it is an advert.
Tracking
The link carries the attribution through signup, so you do not have to tell us who you sent. Rewards are issued once per referred account and cannot be double-counted.
