Create an advert and you get a page you can send anywhere: a portal, a local group, your waiting list, a message to the tenant who asked six months ago. Nothing is published anywhere until you choose it.
Opting in to the public listings
A toggle on the advert. Once on, the property appears in our public to-let listings and can be found by people browsing rather than only by people you sent the link to.
Why it is off by default
Because publishing somebody’s property without an explicit decision is not a feature, it is a surprise. Plenty of landlords are re-letting quietly to an existing contact and do not want a public listing at all.
What appears
The same advert: photographs, the material information, the rent and deposit, the live compliance badge and an Apply button that feeds your applications. It is your advert, shown in one more place.
