Xero
If your accounts already live in Xero, connect it once in Settings and the rent and costs recorded here go across without a monthly export ritual. Landlords who use an accountant usually want this on day one.
Payouts
This is where Direct Debit collection is set up. The money moves to your bank account; it does not sit with us, and it is kept on a completely separate rail from your subscription payment.
If you use neither
Nothing here is required. The product works fully with rent recorded by hand and figures exported as a CSV your accountant can open, which is how most people start.
What we will not pretend
This is not a long list of integrations, because a long list of half-working integrations is worse than a short list of working ones. If something you need is missing, say so on the Feedback page. It goes on the list with your name against it, and several things shipped this year because one person asked.
