What the price buys
Hammock is bookkeeping and tax software: bank feeds through Open Banking, transactions sorted into SA105 categories, and Making Tax Digital. LetCompliance covers the tax side too, and also the let itself: adverts and applications, referencing, the tenancy agreement signed online, rent by Direct Debit, repairs, certificates and the Section 8 and Section 13 notices. On Hammock’s own site we found no tenancy agreement builder, e-signing or notices.
Which to choose
Hammock’s price covers the books and the tax. If you would otherwise pay for a tenancy agreement, e-signing, rent collection, referencing or notices somewhere else, LetCompliance puts all of them in the same login as your tax, for the price above.
