What waits for a paid plan
The SA105 Tax Pack, the Section 24 calculator, the Section 8 and Section 13 notices and the possession tools open when you choose a plan, from Single at £7.99 a month.
When the 14 days end
No card was taken, so nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. If you do not, one property stays open on the free plan, and any others are kept exactly as they are, locked until a plan covers them. Nothing is deleted, and your data can be downloaded at any time.
A longer trial
Sign up through a friend’s referral link and the trial is 30 days instead of 14.
