The plans by size
- Portfolio, £19 a month or £152 a year: up to 10 properties
- Portfolio Plus, £29 a month or £232 a year: up to 20
- Professional, £49 a month or £392 a year: any number
No VAT is added, and the price does not change with the number of rooms or tenants.
Bringing the portfolio in
Upload one CSV and each row becomes a property, a tenant or an HMO room. Besides tenants, rent and certificate dates it takes the purchase price, current value, mortgage balance, lender, your ownership share and whose tax return each property belongs in. Import the same sheet again later and it updates what is there without blanking a field. Certificates can be dropped in as a batch, with the dates read from each file.
Running many lets at once
- A properties table you can sort, filter and group by town, postcode district or your own labels, then act on in bulk
- One rent page for what is due, paid and owed across every property
- A rent review board that prepares Form 4A for several tenancies in turn, each one still checked and sent on its own
- Every certificate renewal across the portfolio, soonest first, with a CSV for your contractor
- Insights: value, equity, loan to value, yield and occupancy for each property and the whole portfolio
Sharing it
Any plan can send an accountant a read-only link. Professional adds up to three read-only seats with their own logins, for an accountant or a partner.
Limits worth knowing
The import reads CSV, not .xlsx, so save the sheet as CSV first. The table does not yet group by owner or company.
