Arthur’s plans
From Arthur’s pricing page, checked on 6 October 2026: £82.50 a month including 55 units, then £1.50 a unit; £96 including 60 units, then £1.60; £126 including 70 units, then £1.80. Arthur says it bills yearly, and its terms say fees are exclusive of VAT. A unit is whatever is rented: a house, a room, a shop or a parking space.

Which to choose
Arthur is built for letting agencies with many units and staff, and its price starts there. For a landlord running their own lets, LetCompliance costs a fraction of it and needs no demo to start.
