How your details are used

They go to the landlord or letting agent advertising this property, so they can consider your application. They decide who to let to, not LetCompliance.
LetCompliance provides the software and stores the application on their behalf. It does not sell your details or use them for marketing.
If your application progresses, the landlord or agent may ask a regulated UK credit reference agency to carry out a reference or credit check using these details. For a full reference you will be sent your own form to complete.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by contacting the landlord or agent, or LetCompliance at hello@letcompliance.com. Full detail is in the LetCompliance privacy notice.

I have read the above, and the details I have given are accurate to the best of my knowledge.

Your details are sent only to the landlord for this property.
